About the Author:

Minister Howard L. Coleman, 3rd developed an interest in juvenile corrections and dedicated 36 years to providing recreation to at-risk youth, shaping the nature of juvenile programming and retiring as Director of Recreation and Volunteer Services. He and wife Geneva Coleman have served as foster parents while raising awareness in their book, Foster Parenting: A Road Less Traveled. Minister Coleman is also author of Letters of Liberation: Encouragement for the Incarcerated Soul, and is a licensed minister.
